Who improved the most in the 300 Hurdles this year?

We took the top-600 times from 2022, and matched them up against 2021.

For the boys Elijah Quinones takes the cake. The Eaglecrest sophomore was the only hurdler who improved over 10-seconds from 2021 to 2022. Quinones went from 59.88 last year to 48.82 this year for an improvement of 11.06 seconds.

Dany Bondo nearly eclipsed 10-seconds. The Rangeview sophomore went from 59.00 to 49.73 for a leap of 9.27 seconds.

Jefferson's Salman Ali and Golden's Jacob Miller were the only other two with improvements of over 8-seconds, with Ali going from 58.82 to 49.86, and Miller going from 55.82 to 46.94.

Topping the girls list is Saylor Dempsey. The Stratton junior took off a staggering 17-seconds from 2021, going from 1:12.53 to 55.40. Dempsey was one of two with leaps of over 10-seconds.
