It's officially been a year since Harrison Witt torched a new Colorado state record of 4:04.46 in the 1,600.
And yet, it's still an exciting race to watch, and rewatch.
Prior to 2021 no Coloradan had ever (officially) broken 4:10 in the 1,600. By the end of the 2021 outdoor track season, the tally had risen to three.
There was Witt's state record of 4:04.36, Parker Wolfe's 4:06.17, and Zane Bergen's 4:09.51.
Editor's Note: And by the end of 2022 that tally was four - with the addition of Connor McCormick's 4:06.97.
Add that we've got two angles to watch this historic race!
