Cherokee Trail's Everett Hammond leapt from 22:22 to 18:18 for an improvement of 4:04.

Who made the biggest leap among the boys?

We've compiled the top-900 times from 2022 and matched them up against 2021 to figure this one out...

Like the girl's list, this list is comprised of performances during the regular season.

So, who takes the cake?

Elijah Martinez!

The Lewis-Palmer sophomore clearly put in a ton of work. Martinez chopped off a staggering 6:56 from his 2021 personal best, going from 24:30 to 17:33.

In other words, about a mile.

Denver South's Grant Swanson was the only other runner to slice over five-minutes from 2021, as he went from 23:52 to 18:25 for a leap of 5:26.

Cherry Creek's Grayden Robb takes bronze on this list, with his 4:49 leap - he went from 23:01 to 18:11.
