It was a Colorado-kind-of-night at Thursday's portion of the USATF Outdoor Championships.
And I'm not talking about it being 70-degrees.
I'm talking that Colorado alums swept the longest event on the track - Columbine-alumni Woody Kincaid, and Niwot-alumni Elise Cranny made it a Centennial State sweep of the 10,000.
Add that both victories came off epic negative splits - and crazy kicks.
Cranny won the women's race in 32:12.
Kincaid won the men's race in 28:23.
Of additional note, it was actually a Colorado 1-3 in the women's race, as Dakota Ridge alumni Natosha Rogers finished third in 32:22.
As of this writing Anna Hall is on track to claim gold once again.
