On the boys' side for the 1A rankings, the event groups are dominated by a few names, which begs the question, can these competitors achieve multiple state titles in their respective sprints?
For the sprints, Ryland Wolff of Haxtun High School has the top spot in the 100m, 200m, and the 400m. However, he may have the toughest time pulling off multiple state titles because of how close #2 is in all three of the events.
For the distance events, Parker Arbuthnot of Springfield High School holds the top spot in the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m. His time of 4:29 in the 1600m is especially impressive, which could give him the easy title in more than just one of the events.
In the jumps, Javin Summers of Swink High School has the top spot in all of the jumps. He has over a foot lead in long jump and a four foot lead in triple jump, making him the favorite to potentially win at least two state titles.
