Colorado Boys Performer of the Week (State Meet Addition)

With the end of the state meet, that concludes the Colorado Track and Field Season. Vote for your favorite performance down below from the state meet. 

-Parker Arbuthnot of Springfield High School wins the 1A state title in the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m.

-Bobby Kiesewetter of Golden View Classical Academy wins the 800m, 1600m and 3200m 2A individual state titles, while also breaking the 1600m and 3200m Class 2A state meet records. 

-Ben Lee of ThunderRidge High School wins the 5A state title in the 800m and the 1600m, running a new Colorado #1 time for this season of 1:51 in the 800m.

-Joseph Kitonsa of Lewis-Palmer High School jumps 48-0 to win the 5A triple jump state title and becomes the only jumper in Colorado this season to jump 48 feet. 

-Dylan Khailer of Kent Denver School wins the 3A titles in the 200m and the 400m, while running one of the fastest times in the 400m of 47.57. 

-Wilkins Persichina of Chaparral High School wins the 100m and 200m, pulling the upset, beating Ryan Elsen of Brighton High School in the 100m.

-Ryder Keeton of Niwot High School wins the 3200m, defeating Brogan Collins of Cheyenne Mountain High School. 

-Harrison High School breaks 3A state meet record twice in the 4x100m Relay, running 41.95 in the finals.

-Teagan Malcom of Longmont High School runs under 37 seconds in prelims and the finals in the 300m hurdles and earns 4A state title with a time of 36.94.

-Taylor Waters of Cherokee Trail High School wins the 5A pole vault state title with a vault of 16-9.

-Javin Summers wins the 1A state title in long jump and triple jump, with jumps of 21-.25 and 45-0.
