Here are the nominations for this week! Make sure to get your votes in by the end of the day on Saturday, September 13th!
Benjamin Adams, Mountain Vista High School: In an incredibly close race, Adams was able to take the victory at the Cherry Creek Steve Lohman Invitational, running a time of 14:58. He just beat Xzavier Campos by less than a second to take the win and run the second fastest time of the season in Colorado so far.
Hunter Robbie, Niwot High School: At the Centaurus Bernie Gay Invitational, Robbie crossed the finish line first in a time of 15:40, defeating not only the field, but all of his incredibly fast teammates. With Niwot High School ranked as the #1 team in the nation, coming out on top individually for the team is no small feat.
Ethan Merrick, Alamosa High School: With a handful of New Mexico schools racing at the Joe I. Vigil Open, it was very competitive race for the 1st place finish. Merrick was the first Coloradan to cross the finish line with a 5th overall placement impressive time of 15:40.
