Zach Statz, Haxtun High School: Statz broke two state meet records for Class 1A, while also winning two individual titles! He ran 10.88 to win the 100m and 21.91 to win the 200m, while also helping both the 4x100m relay and the 4x200m relay to two more titles.
North Fork High School's Sprint Relays: North Fork High School won all of the sprint relays for Class 2A, while also breaking a state meet record in the 4x100m relay! They ran 43.10 for that record, and they also ran 1:30.26 to win the 4x200m relay and 3:23.98 to win the 4x400m relay.
Jay McDonald, Summit High School: McDonald almost broke the Colorado prep record in the 800m, running an impressive time of 1:48.64 to win the individual Class 4A title! He did break the classification record, however, and he also placed 2nd overall in the 1600m running 4:08.
Tiden Silver-Colbert, Denver West High School: Silver-Colbert won both the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles in Class 3A, just edging out the defending champion in the short hurdles! He ran a wind-aided 14.22 for the 110m hurdles and 38.39 to win the 300m hurdles.
Cameron Bell, Eaglecrest High School: Bell made it to the finals in the 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and the long jump, coming out with victories in the long jump with a mark of 24-0 and in the 300m hurdles running an impressive time of 36.56! That time is #2 for Colorado this season and #3 all-time!
