Liberty Bell 2011 answered a lot of questions. Among them...
1. Fort Collins is for real--both the boys and the girls. Whatever was holding back the girls' performance is now history. The Fort Collins girls still have Mountain Vista and Monarch to spend some time thinking about in 5A, but they seem to have righted the ship versus Cherry Creek.
2. Broomfield's boys are on track for a big season. If anyone is going to stop this crew, they'd better have a good plan soon. As of this moment, Thompson Valley appears to be the closest team. It will help their cause if they're smarting a little over the thumping they took on Friday.
3. Fairview's boys are as good as they looked at last week's Centaurus meet. Behind Mountain Vista, perhaps, Fairview is looking the best of the chase pack behind Fort Collins.
