SCHOOLS : Greeley Central, Greeley West, Northridge, Hinkley, Frederick, Cherokee Trail , Sierra, Wiggins, Laramie (WY.), Kelly-Walsh(Casper WY.), Thomas Jefferson, Fairwiew, Brush, Rampart,Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne South, Pueblo West, Fort Morgan, Rangeview, Skyline, Lakewood,

TIME: 9:00 am Running Events and 9:00 am Field Events
ADMISSION: Admission will be charged for non-competitors. Adults $5.00, Students $ 4.00.
Children 6 and under are free.
HOSPITALITY:There will be doughnuts and juice at the coaches meeting. Each team will receive lunch tickets for your coaches that may be redeemed at the coaches hospitality room. The concession stand will be open during the meet for athletes and spectators.
RULES: The National Federation Track and Field Rules and any special CHSAA modifications shall be the official rules of this meet. Championship scoring will be used. Eight places will be scored in individual and relay events.
AWARDS: First and second place team trophies will be awarded to top two boys and girls teams. Medals will be awarded for 1st place, and ribbons for 2nd through 6th place in individual and relay events.
RESULTS: Results will be available as soon as possible at the conclusion of the meet. Complete results will be uploaded to www.maxpreps.com. and co.milesplit.com/
WARM-UP AREA: Warm-ups may be done in the roped-in area in the infield only or in the grass areas outside the track and stadium. Athletes may not run along the edge of the track outside the roped-in warm-up area.
PARKING: Ample parking is available in the lot adjacent to the stadium.
SPECTATORS: Spectators and non-participants are asked to remain in the stands and not to stand up at the rails in front of the stands. Only athletes warming up for events should be in the infield.
STARTING BLOCKS: Starting blocks will be provided.
TIMING: Finish Lynx will be used for fully automatic timing.
ENTRIES: Each school will be allowed three (3) entries per individual event.
Each school will be allowed one (1) team per relay event.

SCRATCHES: NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR ADDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. Scratches will be done through the clerk of the course for running events and at the event site for field events. We will not re-seed any races. Coaches please check your entries carefully!
MEETING Coaches meeting will be held at 8:30 am in the north locker room
RUNNING EVENTS: Prelims and finals will be held in the 100m, 200m, and the 110m / 100m hurdles. All other events will be held as timed finals.
FIELD EVENTS: Field events will be held as prelims and finals.
In events that require flights, the best entry marks will be grouped into the last flight.
SEEDING: Seeding will be done based on entry times with the fastest athletes grouped together. The last heat will be the fastest heat. In events with prelims and finals, the top 8 fastest times will advance to the finals.
** COACHES: in order to assure the proper placement of athletes into heats, please be as accurate and honest as possible when submitting your entries. We want the seeding to be as fair as possible.

UNIFORM: Competitors must wear a school issued uniform during competition. Please refer to your rulebook concerning other uniform rules. Jewelry rules will be enforced. Stickers will be used in all events that do not finish in lanes. Athletes must wear stickers that are no larger than 1 x 3 and should be labeled as follows:
RELAYS: You may list up to six athletes when entering you relay teams on direct athletics. Please enter your relay team as A
STARTING HEIGHTS / PROGRESSION (subject to change): Progressions for the Pole Vault and High Jump will be in accordance with CHSAA requirements for state qualifying meets.
POLE VAULT: BOYS 9'0", 100, 110", 11 6, 120" , 126, 129, 130, 133 etc.
GIRLS: - 6'0", 70", 80", 86, 9, 93, 96 etc.
HIGH JUMP: BOYS: 56, 58, 510, 60,62, 63 64 etc.
GIRLS: 44, 46, 48, 410, 5'0 51, 52 etc.
LONG JUMP &TRIPLE JUMP 4-5 FLIGHTS - Last flight will be the top seeds. Three jumps in prelims. Top 9 will advance to finals and receive 3 additional jumps.
SHOT PUT & DISCUS 4-5 FLIGHTS - Last flight will be the top seeds. Three throws in prelims. Top 9 will advance to finals and receive 3 additional throws. Only throws that meet minimum standards will be measured. Minimums are as follows:
SHOT PUT: BOYS- 35 0 GIRLS 25 0
DISCUS: BOYS 100 0 GIRLS 70 0
JAVELIN We will be contesting the javelin this year. Only rubber tipped javelins will be allowed in warm-ups and in competition. Each contestant will receive 4 throws / finals only. We will run a 2 hour open pit in the javelin. This will be a scoring event.
We will not weigh- in javelins.
WEIGH-INS: All shots and discs must be weighed in. Weigh-ins for shot and discus will take place form 7:30 8:30 am. No Implements will be weighed after that time.
Pole Vaulters will be weighed in. Weigh-ins and pole checks will take place at the site of the event, 45 minutes prior to the start of the event.
SPECIAL EVENTS : THROWERS RELAY(Non Scoring) This will be a coed 4 x 100 relay, consisting of 2 boys and 2 girls. This will not count in the team scoring.
COACHES REMINDERS:
1. Spikes 3/16 or less
2. No spikes or radios in the stands
3. Athletes are not allowed to loiter in the infield. Only athletes warming up should be in the infield. After they have finished their race please remind them to return to the stands.
4. No team camps, tents, etc. in the infield or in the stands. Tents may be set up in the grassy areas outside the track.
5. Field Event check-in should be done 15 minutes prior to the start of the event or flight. Athletes competing in other events must check out with the official before leaving for another event and must return in a timely manner to complete their attempts.
6. Please take care of your own trash!
DECLARATION OF STATE RANKING MARKS IN THE LONG JUMP AND TRIPLE JUMP:
In the long jump and triple jump, if your athlete has a jump that will rank them in the top 18 and it is not their best jump of the meet, please let Coach Neibauer know in writing at the conclusion of the meet. This situation could arise if your athletes best mark is wind-aided. Normally only the longest jumps are recorded in the meet results. So, if we need to submit a second mark for one of your athletes that is not wind-aided let me know.
TRAINER: A trainer will be available and will be located in front of the locker room at the north end of the track.
