***** This meet has been cancelled. Our track is still thawing out from the last snow storm and the weather on Saturday looks to bring more cold temperatures, snow and wind. At this time there are no plans to reschedule. *****

Date: Saturday, March 26th, 2016

Time: 9:00am (Coaches Meeting at 8:30am)

Site: Liberty Common School Track (1725 Sharp Point Drive, Fort Collins)

Facilities: Restrooms are available. Teams are responsible for your own valuables and equipment. The track is a 380m six-lane all-weather track. It is officially marked and is a state qualifying track, approved by CHSAA. All races will be automatically timed. The discus and shot rings are concrete. Starting blocks will be provided; all other equipment will be supplied by competing schools.

Events: All track and field events will be scheduled for this day, the Pole Vault will take place immediately after the completion of the last running event.

Entries: The meet will be capped at 10 teams to allow six entries per team. Each school will be allowed six entries per individual event and one relay team per relay event.

Entries are due by Friday, March 25th at 10pm MDT. There will be no substitutions or additions only scratches on the day of the meet.

Rules: The National Federation Track and Field rules for 2016 and the 2016 Track and Field Bulletin for
CHSAA will be the official rules of this meet.

Scoring: Eight places will be scored (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1) in all field events, track events and relays.

Entry Fee: $150.00 per school if received by March 15th, $200 thereafter.

Additional Info:
1. 3/16 or 1/8 spikes only.
2. Running event participants need to report to the clerk at the north end of the track by the storage shed.
3. Field event participants need to report to the clerk of the event. High Jump: the starting height for girls will be 4, starting height for boys will be 5. Pole Vault will start at 6.
4. Throws and jumps will follow a 4 trial format with no finals with the exception of pole vault and high jump.
5. Results will be e-mailed to coaches.
