Coaches/Scratch Meeting 8:45 a.m.

Field Events 9:30 a.m.
Running Event 10:00 a.m

Location:  Platte Valley Stadium: 9th Street in Kersey

Camps/Warm-up:    Team camps will be allowed on the grass areas around the stadium.  No camps or athlete warm-ups will be allowed on the infield.  Athletes may warm-up in the north west corner of the stadium. 

Entries:   Each team may have three individual, one relay entry per event and five pole vault entries (due to the limited number of teams participating in pole vault).  Additional entries will be allowed if all athletes are in the top 20 of your respective class on Maxpreps.  Any athletes above the limit must be submitted via email to tstinar@pvre7.org.  Only 3 entries will count toward the team scores.  Running events will be run as finals in heats against time.  Field events will have prelims and finals with three attempts in each.  Entries will need to be submitted via MileSplit by 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18th. 

Concessions:           Will be available during the meet.

Admissions:             Admission to the meet will be charged.

 No Patriot league passes will be accepted.

Parking:                    Bus Parking will be located in either the middle school or high school parking lots to the west and south of the stadium.  Spectators may park in the lots west of the stadium.



Weigh-In:                  Weigh-in for all throwers and pole vaulters will start at 8:45 a.m. at the east side of the shed located on the north end of the track.

 

Hospitality Room:   A hospitality room will be available for workers and coaches only.  It will be located in the shed on the north end of the track.

 

Coaches Meeting:  There will be a coaches meeting at 8:45 a.m. in the shed on the north end of the track.Scratches can be made at this time.No additions or substitutions will be allowed.  This will ensure we are able to start the meet on time.

 

Awards:   1st place finishers will receive t-shirts, 1st-3rd place finishers will receive medals and 4th-8th place finishers will receive ribbons.  Each boys and girls team champions will receive a team award.
