2400 m dirt course (1.5 miles).
4:30 A Boys
Approximate times:
4:55 A Girls
5:20 B Boys
5:45 B Girls
"A" races: Run 6, score 4. Plaques for top 2 teams.
"B" races: unlimited entries, no team scoring
Please be sure to have your MileSplit rosters complete. We will use wristbands and hand-time as usual. We will have a wristband for each of the members of your roster. Which athletes run in each race can be a race-day decision for you. You may designate A and B runners beforehand but it is not necessary. Just make sure the athletes show up for their proper race.
Results will be posted on MileSplit as soon as possible after the races are over.
Flat cost of $50 per school.
