Invite Competition:Due to limitations in field sizes, teams will need to be given permission to enter into respective races. Please contact joy.parrish@ccbobcats.net for password.



ENTRY DEADLINE:Entries online on milesplit - registration closes on Thursday 10/1 at 6 p.m.

COURSE:HS Boys and Girls: 5000 meters -3 course laps

MS: 3000m - 2 course laps           

Course consists of dirt paths and grass and limited amount of hard surface. There is one steep hill. Finish is one lap+ clockwise on cinder track.



TIMING:This meet will be hand-timed and input into Milesplit



TEAM CAMPS:You may use the football field and bleachers to set up team camps.



TEAM PACKETS:Will be available at the check in table 1 hour prior to the start of the race.



SYMPTOM TRACKER:Each member of the traveling squad must be cleared by the coach for COVID-19 symptoms and temperature before traveling to the competition. All volunteers will be cleared on the race day as well.If any competitor or coach tests positive for COVID within 14 days following the competition, the coach must notify the meet director per Custer County Health requirements.  



WAVES:Per CHSAA - MS and HS races will be in 25-person waves based upon times entered in milesplit.



SPECTATORS:DUE TO COUNTY AND STATE NUMBER restrictions, fans and spectators are only allowed to watch from parked vehicles. The start/finish area will be roped off to coaches and competitors currently competing. NO SPECTATORS OR FANS ARE ALLOWED IN TEAM CAMPS OR START/FINISH AREAS. You must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the first race in order to watch from your vehicle. Parking lots will close at 9:30 am.



MASKS:Athletes and coaches are required to wear masks when not competing. Athletes will wear their masks or buffs when called to the line, and when starter gives call, can take them off.



AWARDS:Individual t-shirts to the top 5 at the finish line.



MEET RESULTS:Results will be available online on milesplit.



DIRECTIONS:Custer County School: 709 Main Street, Westcliffe, CO

Course stays on campus



PARKING:Buses can drop off athletes on the east side of the school (by the football field) and proceed behind the school to the west parking lot to park (by the admin and woodshop buildings)



Locker Rooms/Restrooms: Locker rooms will not be available. Porta Potties will be set up by the south side bleachers.
