CHSAA COVID General Guidelines
2020 NoCo XC Challenge #2
Location: Johnstown Reservoir
Teams: Berthoud, Northridge, Roosevelt, Silver Creek, Thompson Valley, Windsor
Distance: 5k
Time Schedule:
- Girls Wave 1 @ 4:45 pm, Girls Wave 2 @ 4:47 pm
- Boys Wave 1 @ 5:30 pm, Boys Wave 2 @ 5:32 pm
Entries:
- Girls - At this point we will allow 9 girls entries for Berthoud, Northridge, Roosevelt, TV, and Windsor. Silver Creek is entering only 5 girls.
- Boys- We will allow 10 boys entries per team. Silver Creek is not entering a boys team.
Parking: See attached map. Please use any
available LEGAL areas throughout the adjacent and connecting neighborhood(s).
Bathrooms: Porto-Potty is located on the west
side of the lake near the park. There is also a public restroom on the
southeast side of the lake.
Team Camps: Please use discretion regarding county and CHSAA guidelines for COVID-19. Feel free to make camp in open areas to the northwest and north greenbelt areas near the start/finish lines.
COVID Guidelines and Restrictions:

- All parents and spectators MUST have a mask when in the course/park area.
- Parents and spectators ARE NOT allowed to congregate in/near the marked start and finish areas.
- Please stress the importance for parents and spectators to adhere to any COVID guidelines and restrictions. This will help athletes continue to have a full season.
- All coaches and athletes MUST have a mask when in the course/park area (except when competing).
- Please make sure that athletes have a mask upon entry of the start area.
- Please make sure that athletes DO NOT congregate in the finish area. They must have a mask upon completion of the race and when at the team camp, course, and park area.
