Middle School Ancient Trails Championship
Host: Montezuma-Cortez Middle School

Location: Montezuma County Fairgrounds - 4 miles east of Cortez on Highway 160
Teams: Bayfield, Dolores, Ignacio, Mancos, Montezuma-Cortez, Pagosa Springs
Entries: 8 girls and 8 boys per team
Scoring: Top 4 runners with no displacers
Waves: We will run two waves per gender. Wave one will consist of your top four runners and the rest of your runners will fill the second wave.
Timing: Rocky Mountain Timing
Awards: Plaques for first and second place teams - Medals for top three individuals - Ribbons for 4th-10th
Masks: Runners must wear a mask unless they are running. Coaches and spectators must wear a mask at all times.

- 2:45pm-4:15pm: Course Walks
- 4:30pm: Girls Wave 1 Starts (second wave starts 2 minutes after)
- 5:00pm: Boys Wave 1 Starts (second wave starts 2 minutes after)
- 5:45pm: Awards
