Pine River Invitational 2021

Meet Information

Coaches,

The Pine River Invitational T & F meet in Bayfield will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, 2020 at Bayfield High School.

Coaches/Scratch Meeting will be at 8:00 am.

This is a state qualifying meet.

Teams can have 3 entries for each individual event and one relay team. 

Entries are due on MileSplit (co.milesplit.com) on Wednesday the 19th of May, by 12:00 pm.

All uniform rules will be followed, make sure your athletes are legally equipped. 3/16 spikes.

The field will be a restricted area. The warm-up area will be on the practice field North of the Stadium. Hurdles will be setup for people to warm-up.

All races will be run as finals. We will do our best to stick to the schedule.

Field events will have 3 prelim attempts and 3 final attempts, top 9 to finals. We will measure every legal attempt in the field events.

High Jump starting heights will be 4-0 for girls and 5-0 for boys.

Pole Vault starting heights will be 5-0 for girls and 6-0 for boys. 

There will be medals for 1st-3rd place. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. Medals will be placed in packet for coaches to pick up after the meet.

There is a $235 entry fee per school. $15.00 per athlete if you have a small team. Bring your checks to the meet, or mail them prior to the meet to:

Field events start at 8:30am, and running events at 10:00am.

Masks should be worn at all times by coaches, and spectators. Athletes should have masks on while not actively participating.

6 feet of social distance will be enforced when possible for individuals not actively playing

Spectator limits will follow public health guidelines - social distancing among different households will be enforced and capacity will be based on events maintaining social distancing - spectators will wear masks while on school property.

We will have designated areas for team camps and a map will be sent out the week prior to the meet.
