that because this is a League Championship, the Uniform Ruleswill
apply (may want to add this to your team information handout).
Race Schedule:
detailed map of course, bus parking, check-in and team camp areas will be
provided via email.
12:30 pm- Check-in to pick-up your packets by soccer fields.
2:00 pm- Varsity Boys < Note this change from previous information sent out. Boys will run first!
2:45 pm- Varsity Girls < Note change
3:30 pm- JV Boys/Girls Race together
4:15 pm- Middle School Boys
4:45 pm- Middle School Girls
Terrain & Distances:High School 5K (3.1 Miles), Middle School (2.5 Miles) Terrain: Start on Grass Soccer Field, Advance up slight hill on sidewalk & packed sand trail, rest of course is packed sand/dirt, finish on grass field.

Team Scoring: Bib Chip Timing
Varsity - run 7, score top 5 (6th runner may be scored if a tie occurs)
J.V. - unlimited runners, same team scoring as varsity race
Middle School 6th-8th grade- unlimited runners, same team scoring as varsity
Awards: Frontier League Varsity 1st Team All Conference Top 5 Medals, 6-10 2nd Team AC Ribbons, 11-18 Honorable Mention Ribbons, JV & Middle School TBD
