Entries and Entry Fee

• Entry fee is $35 per athlete. UNLIMITED EVENTS. 4x200 is no additional cost.
• On-time entries close at 7pm, Thursday, January 13th, and are done and paid, online through Milesplit
• Late entries are $50, e-mailed to mhenriques45@yahoo.com, paid via Venmo (@Maurice-Henriques, 8301), due before 7am January 15th!
• All 4x200 relay entries should BE EMAILED to Coach Mo, mhenriques45@yahoo.com
• This is an entry fee, not a competition fee. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NON-COMPETITION.

Seating

• Bleachers are available on the east wall of the Mountaineer Fieldhouse
• Teams are required to use the bleachers for spectating
• Only competing athletes are allowed in the competition area

Team Camps

• Team camps will be in the "Lower" gym, north of the Mountaineer Fieldhouse in the attached Paul Wright Gymnasium building
• No food or drink will be allowed in the Mountaineer Fieldhouse. Please keep that in your team camp. Only water is allowed in the Fieldhouse.

Rules

• National High School Federation rules will be enforced
• Fully automatic timing will be used for all races
• Hurdles will be 39" for the boys and 33" for the girls

Spike Requirements

• Only 1/4" pyramid spikes for all events
• Use of spikes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the light grey infield surface
• Runways and mats will be provided for HJ area, competitors are required to stay on runways provided

Event Check In

• Track events should check in with the clerk of the course in the NW corner
• Field events should check in with their event judge at least 30min before their event begins

Practice

• The Mountaineer Fieldhouse will be available for practice on Friday, Jan 14th from 5-7pm
• Please email Coach Mo, mhenriques45@yahoo.com, if you plan on utilize this time slot

Team Parking and Entry to Mountaineer Fieldhouse

• Teams will park in the Paul Wright Gym Lot to the North of Mountaineer Fieldhouse
• Teams will enter through the North entrance of Paul Wright Gym and then through the Northeast entrance to the fieldhouse
• Bus parking is available on the west side of Paul Wright Gym

Restrooms/Locker Rooms

• Spectator restrooms are located in the Paul Wright Gym Lobby
• Participating athletes will be allowed to use the restroom on the north side of the track
• Locker rooms for visiting teams will be available upon request
