Meet Information
The Crested Butte High School is partnering with Emma Coburn and the Elk Run 5k to offer high school division races on Saturday, September 24, 2022! Emma is committed to make this a unique opportunity for the runners.
The course is a relatively flat 5k consisting of asphalt and dirt roads at almost 9,000 feet. It is a unique experience as the elite/citizen race will be run directly after the high school events where your runners will be able to cheer on some of the worlds best runners!
Saturday, September 24 Schedule:
Check-in: 7:30-8:00 am at the team camp area: Elk Avenue and 1st Street
Coaches meeting: 8:00 am
Girls: 8:30 am
Boys: 9:20 am
Elite and Citizens race: 10:15 am
Awards Ceremony: after the conclusion of the citizens race
