2022 Strasburg High School 3rd Annual Strasburg Invite

We would like to invite you to attend the 3rd Annual Strasburg Cross Country Meet. The course is located at May Farms Event Center. 64001 CO HWY 36 Byers, Colorado. This is just 5 miles east of Strasburg. The course will be one loop on mostly dirt and gravel roads and pathways around the fields of a working farm. There is adequate parking for
busses.
Please fill out the bottom portion of this
document if you are planning on attending and sending it back to either Coach
Hayley Ross or Kevin Hemphill. Or complete the Google Form. All teams will need to register on CoMilesplit
no later than Friday, Oct. 7. The password will be provided after we have
received your interest form.

Thursday, October 13th: Tentative Schedule
2:30 pm Registration
3:00 pm Coaches Meeting
4:00 pm Varsity Boys Race
4:30 pm Varsity Girls Race
5:00 pm Awards North Side of May Farms Main Facility
We will fine-tune the schedule and provide
details about the style of start once we have registration numbers.
Teams will NOT be allowed on the course until 2:30 pm
Team camp area will open at 2:00 pm for set-up
There is no access to concessions.
There is access to bathrooms but not to changing
rooms or locker rooms.
Entry Fee: $150 per school (this includes girls
& boys teams together) (Checks payable to Strasburg High School)
Each team can run unlimited and score 4. Please register numbers as soon as you can.
