 ENTRY FEE: $275 per school or $15 per athlete if less than 10 athletes or $150 if only one gender attends. Password for the meet is Tigers1.All entries must be submitted on milesplit by April 20th at12:00 pm.

 This is a CHSAA State Qualifying Meet.All NFHS and CHSAA Track and Field Rules apply.

Coach's meeting will be at 8:30 am right behind the Press Box. Field events will begin at 9:00

am and running events at 10:00 am.

 Entries will be limited to the first 20 teams and 3 entries per event and 1 entry per relay will beallowed for each school. Scoring - We will score the top 8 places (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)

 Preliminaries - All field events will have minimums in order to be marked. Shot, Discus, Long, and TripleJumpTop 9 performers will advance to the finals. Weigh in for shot and discuswill take place at the metal track shed on the southeast side of the field.  Those athletes not meeting the minimum standard will receive one courtesy mark. If they have not used the courtesy mark at the time of their 3rdjump or throw, the 3rd will be marked and recorded.

 Coach's boxes: For all jumps and running events, coaches must remain in the designated boxes in the football end zones. Coach's boxes for the shot and discus will be designated at the Coaches meeting. The use of electronic equipment will be permitted in these areas with the exception of the finish line. That part of the end zone will be marked off and OFF limits.   A violation will result in an event disqualification.

 Team Camps - Camps may be set up in the stands or on the grass on the west side of the stadium. Tents only in the top rows or on the back side of the West stands. No camps on the infield.Please be mindful of blocking line of sight from the press box to the start line and finish line specifically with tents.

 Relay and Jump markings - Competitors will be allowed to use tape or tennis balls for the long jump, triple jump, high-up and relay exchange markings.

 Warm up area -Only competitors in uniform will be allowed on the infield to warm up one eventprior to their event. Competitors must leave the track and warm up area as soon as possible after their event.

Times will not be provided to competitors at the conclusion of their running event.Official times will be posted on the window of the press box.

Winners of events may go to press box and collect their Tiger Relay t-shirts as soon as they have been announced over the PA system.

 If wind reading is over the max, we will use next best legal mark to turn into max-preps.  We will score the best jump for individuals during the meet for placing.

 We respectfully request the following schools help us with relay exchange zones:

1st Exchange: Hoehne and Swink

2nd Exchange: Cheraw and Fowler

3rd Exchange:Las Animas and Crowley County

 FIELD EVENTS

 For purposes of risk management, warm-ups in a field event may not take place until the venue is declared open and required supervision is in place. For further risk minimization for athletes, spectators and officials involved in the event, athletes should be prohibited from picking up an implement and doing turns while other competitors are completing their throws or using the runway during the competition unless they have been called for their attempt.

 Once implements are weighed in, participants are to take LEGAL implements to the event and placed into the bins located at these areas. All ILLEGAL implements will be confiscated until all competition is complete. Schools may pick up these implements at the end of the meet.

Warm-up approaches, in horizontal jumps, pole vault or javelin shall only be run in the direction the event will be conducted.
