Hi-Plains Track Meet - April 28, 2023
Field Events (no finals) will begin at 9:00 am

Each participant will receive four attempts at each event. We will begin the events one right after the other to keep the meet moving. If a participant happens to have two events overlap each other please have someone check in for them and they will be allowed to make up all attempts.
Running Events (All finals) will begin 15 minutes
after field events.
All running events will be
run in order of 6th girls, 6th boys, 7th girls, 7th boys, 8th girls, and then 8th boys.

Relays can be comprised of 6th through 8th graders and each school can run two relays in the same event just make an A relay and a B relay. Athletes may be in 4 individual events and one relay or 4 relays.
All Entries are on Mile Split. Please have them loaded by
Wednesday, April 26, 2023 4:00 p.m.
Entry Fee is $150 per school. Make checks to Hi-Plains School.
HP volunteers and track team will be running each of the field events. Please have your team camp in the bleachers or outside the football field. No shots, discus, football or Frisbees on the football field. Bathrooms are located at the concessions area and inside the building. Concessions are available all day. Please help keep students off of the football field, or sitting down during running events. First through third place will receive ribbons.
Coaches and bus driver hospitality room will be in the east side of the concessions stand. Please email me and let me know how many coach and bus driver tickets you will need.
