You are invited to the D11 Last Chance Meet Track& Field Invitational hosted by D11 High Schools.
This CHSAA sanctioned qualifying meet with prelims and finals will be run on Tuesday May 9, 2023 at
Garry Berry Stadium.

We will seed the
top 24 ENTRIES IN EACH EVENT.
$15 per athlete per event (Each Relay is $15 total)
Heat sheets are sent out Noon Monday May 8, 2023
Invoices will be sent out after we have final names of athletes the week of May 8.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The rules governing the meet are those of the National Federation of the State High
School Association, The Colorado High School Activities Association, and the
Spartan Invitational games committee.

BUS DROP OFF:Drop off team on Patrician Way, the street just East of the stadium

SCORING:10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Eight Places)
Only individual scoring,
No Team Scoring.
TIMING:Finish Lynx (FAT) will be used, and Sprint 8 as a backup system.
COACHES MEETING: There will be a coaches' meeting TBA at Finish Line
WEIGH INS: TBA Outside North end of press box
Minimum Marks: Will be based on the entry distances submitted on co.milesplit
Spike Size: 3/16-inch spikes will be allowed
TEAM CAMPS: We will be using the EAST STANDS for the team area.Please set up all tents and/or tarps in the
east stands.You will be able to enter
and exit through the athlete gate located in the northeast and west part of the
stadium.
CHECK-IN FOR RUNNING EVENTS:North 20 yard line.Relay teams must declare entrants at the time
they check in with the clerks.
Athletes shall be considered to be in a competitive area when they step onto the track, and
whenever they are in the infield of the track.This includes the jumping areas for both vertical and horizontal
events.Also, athletes are considered to be in a competitive area when they are inside the throwing cage for discus or within ten feet of the shot put ring, and at any time while in the landing areas both in and out of bounds.
Warm-up area for the athletes will be on the field.Please remember that there will be NO ELECTRONICS, FOOD, DRINK, GUM OR SEEDS allowed on the field.Please keep these items in the East stands.
TRAINER: We will have a full training room facility located in the locker room at the South end
of the stadium.Please use this facility as needed.Our trainer will be available
