The course is almost entirely dirt and grass with two, one-mile loops. The course has been designed to be nearly all soft surface and very spectator friendly.

The schedule* for the afternoon is as follows:

3:15 Head coaches meeting - near finish line

3:30 Girls High School open race (Unlimited*, Score 5)

4:00 Boys High School open race (Unlimited*, Score 5)

4:30 Awards

*If we have enough interest and the field gets large enough, we may split into two heats of each with an adjusted time schedule. That said, our course can hold a large field so we shouldn't need to do that.

Fees based on registered runners:

9 or less team members or individuals is $10 per athlete;
By # of entries: 10-19 ($125), 20-34 ($150), 35-49 ($175), 50-74 ($200), 75-99 ($250), 100 or more ($300)
Please note, you will be invoiced based on the number of registered athletes, NOT on how many athletes actually run that day.
