***Important Registration Information***:

Registration OPENS: July 1, 2023

Registration CLOSES: October 8, 2023 (Midnight Mountain Time)

Registration NOTES: Registration will be considered 'PENDING' until payment is RECEIVED. Any payments NOT received by the payment deadline (October 11, 2023) will potentially open up a spot for a team on the waiting list.

Individual Entries:

Note to all parents wishing to register children as individuals in this race, please follow the new process:

To Enter a Meet as an Individual:




When you click on the green button or bar to enter the meet, it will send you to a register or login in page if you have not logged in. If you do not have a MileSplit or state site username and password, you have to register and get emailed the password.




Once you receive that, login (top right on gray bar), go to the meet page, click on the green enter online now bar - then enter individual. It will identify you by name from your username.




Add your contact phone numbers (for meet director's use only) and click enter individual. It will then tell you "you have not claimed an athlete" and ask you to do a search for an athlete, add your name and search - if you do not find yourself, you may enter a new athlete and enter the meet.


**Note: The Championship races are limited to 6-8 graders



Registration will be considered 'PENDING' until payment is RECEIVED.
Any payments NOT received by the payment deadline (October 11, 2023) will potentially cancel the pending registration and open up a spot for an individual on the waiting list.


Registration Fees:



$300 - Two teams (Boys AND Girls - 5 runners or more on Both teams)




$150 - One team (Boys OR Girls - 5 runners or more)




$30 - Per Individual OR per member for a 'team' (Boys OR Girls) with 4 members or less

Clubs:



Running club teams are not allowed. Runners may compete only as individuals or as members of registered middle school teams.

8:45 am - National Anthem



(Blue Division)

8:00 - 10:30 am - Check-in and Packet Pickup for Blue middle school races

9:00 am - Boys Open (Blue Division)

9:45 am - Girls Open (Blue Division)

Championship Races (participants MUST BE IN 6-8 GRADES)

10:30 am - Boys Championship (Blue Division - Run 7, Score 5)
     
11:15 am - Girls Championship (Blue Division - Run 7, Score 5)

Blue Division Awards:

~11:45 pm Blue Division Championship Team & Individual Awards



(Red Division)

11:00 am - 2:15 pm - Check-in and Packet Pickup for Red middle school races.

12:00 pm - Boys Open (Red Division)

12:45 pm - Girls Open (Red Division)

1:30 pm - Boys Championship (Red Division - Run 7, Score 5)

2:15 pm - Girls Championship (Red Division - Run 7, Score 5)

Red Division Awards:

Awards:

Medals for 1st - 10th place in each race.

Ribbons for 11th - 20th place in each race.

Trophies for top 3 girls' and boys' teams in the Championship

races.




**Note due to two divisions (Blue and Red), there will be two award ceremonies. Generally, the Blue division will be schools that mostly feed into 4A and 5A high schools, and the Red division will be schools that mostly feed into 2A and 3A high schools. However, we do reserve the right to move teams into a different division for balance and equity if necessary.
