Time Schedule: We will make every effort to stay on time or ahead of time. Please make your athletes and parents aware. Scratches only the day of the meet.

Entering Athletes: MileSplit will recognize athletes and best times, throws, and or jumps in that event. If entering a new athlete please use best unwind aided time or jump. Hand held times should add 0.24 secs. Athletes without times,distances, etc. will be placed in the slowest heats for running events and similar heats in the field events.

Coaches Meeting: Will be at 8:30AM in the training room which is located in the red brick building at the south end of the track. Breakfast and lunch will be available in this area for coaches and workers.

Team Camps: Will be located in the East and West Bleachers. Camps in the west (main) bleachers may not use the first 2 sections at the south end of the bleachers - these sections are reserved for spectators. The grass area located to the south of the west bleachers may also be used for team camps.

Implements: Weighing of implements will be begin at 7:45AM at the white brick garage located at the SE corner of the track. Pole vault poles will be weighed after shot and discs.

Warmup: Will be allowed on the track and infield until 9:15AM. During the meet athletes should warmup on the baseball field which is located directly behind the east bleachers. Only athletes in the next event should being warming up on the track infield.

Pit Area: will be restricted to those participating in that event. ONLY CLEAR WATER IS ALLOWED ON TRACK AND TURF. NO FOOD ITEMS OF ANY KIND OR CANDY ARE ALLOWED.

Clerk: Will be located between the east bleachers. Bathrooms: Located behind the West and East Bleachers and at the SE corner of the main building through the double glass doors.

Locker Rooms: For athletes are located in the red brick building at the south end of the track. Locker rooms should not be used as a team or individual rest or hang out area.

Minimums: All field events except pole vault will use minimums.

Scoring: Point Distribution - 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Awards: Individual Medals 1st and 2nd Place
