Friday, September 19:  Course tour opens ... 2:00 p.m.

                       MS Girls 3K Race... 3:30 p.m. (run in waves)

                       MS Boys 3K Race ... 4:00 p.m. (run in waves)

                       HS Girls Varsity 5K Race ... 4:25 p.m.

                       HS Boys Varsity 5K Race ... 5:00 p.m.

                       Team Awards ... 5:45 p.m.

ENTRY FEE INFORMATION:

MS both B & G = $100 per team...individual = $10.00

HS both B & G = $125.00 per team ... individual = $15.00

Middle School races will be run in waves! Faster runners in wave 1 and the rest in wave 2. Coaches, please ensure your athletes have a reasonable seed time.
