Saturday August 16, 2025 at 8:45 a.m.

All High School and Middle School teams are welcome. We will meet to warm up at 8:00 a.m. and begin the scrimmage ~ 8:45.

There is no entry fee and you don't need to register. Just show up.

To adhere to CHSAA pre-season scrimmage rules, there will be no official timing or results. Coaches can time their athletes.

The course is three laps of a 1,000-meter gravel, dirt and grass loop. The three equidistant laps provide pacing feedback for your athletes.

Bring bagels, muffins, OJ, etc. for a post-scrimmage brunch. Go for a longer run after if desired on the multitude of trails at the peninsula, or soak your legs in the Dillon Reservoir.
