2026 Lancer JV Meet - Wednesday April 29th, 2026 - Timer: Jim Chapman

*This is a Certified CHSAA Sanctioned State Qualifier

Teams: Liberty, Air Academy, Liberty Tree Academy, Pueblo West, Buena Vista, Lutheran, Vista Ridge, Pine Creek, Rampart, Discovery Canyon, Woodland Park, Widefield, Sand Creek

Gates Open: 12:30pm

Coaches Meeting 1:30pm by Finish Line

Field and Track event start time: 2pm

 

Entries & Fees

All entries must be submitted through Colorado MileSplit online entry system.

Deadline for entries is Monday April 27th @8pm.

No adds on meet day, only scratches.

Each school: 5 entries per event & 2 relay teams per event.

Team entry fee $200 (Boys & Girls Teams) OR $150 per gender OR $20 per individual entry.

Check in Protocol - Track Events

Check in at table by South End Zone BEFORE warm-up to get hip/chest numbers

 

Field Event Information: NO Finals- 4 attempts

     Weigh-ins will be from 1-1:30pm at north-side gate/room by throwing area

Shot Put - No Minimum - 4 attempts

Discus - No Minimum - 4 attempts

Long Jump - No Minimum - 4 jumps

Triple Jump - No Minimum - 4 jumps

High Jump - Starting Height G: 4' / B: 5' - 3 attempts at each height

Straight Final: Pole Vault - Starting Height G: 5' / B: 6' - 3 attempts at each height

 

*Pole Vault will be conducted at RAMPART HIGH SCHOOL (Start time 2PM)

Check in Protocol (Field Events): Check in at event area with event official 30 MINUTES BEFORE event start

 

     If you need to leave the event area for another event, please check out with the event official. Please check back in with the event official upon returning. There is a 10 minute window to return to the field event, after the running event is completed.

 

Track and Field Facilities

     Restrooms available under the Westside stands

 

Spectators

$6 adults, $4 students, $4 seniors, children 3 and under free.

                     

Additional Information

     We will have 4-5 CHSAA officials present (starter, assistant starter or clerk, track referee, field referee & added field referee )

     Team Camps in Westside stands - NO team camps on infield

     Tents on TOP ROW OF WESTSIDE STANDS ONLY

     Warm-ups allowed on infield

     Coaches allowed on infield

     NO parents or spectators on infield

     Coaches boxes will be clearly marked by the field event

     *No videotaping outside of coaches box

     Water will be available at the Southend track building

     An athletic trainer will be present by the Southend track building

     Lunch will be provided to coaches, officials and workers at 5:30PM by Southend track building

     There will be a 15 minute break for officials and event workers after the 1600m
