Coaches Please Read
Meet Times: Arrival- no earlier than 8AM
Field Events- begin 9:30AM
Running Events- begin 9:45AM
Entries- 2 per event, 1 team per relay: submit best non-wind aided time or distance.
Entries due no later than 2PM on Friday, March 18.
Coaches Meeting- 8:45AM training room in under the score board at south end of stadium
Weigh Ins- Begin at 8:15AM in the white garage located at the southeast corner of the track.
Team Camps- bleachers on east side of stadium, west bleachers except the 2 north sections which are designated for spectators
Warm Up- will be allowed on the turf until 9:30AM. During the meet the warm up area will be in the baseball field located directly behind the east bleachers
Event Check In- will be located at the concession stand on the east side of the stadium for running events, field events will check in at the event
Time Schedule- we will make every effort to stay on time. If we run ahead we will continue.
There will be a break for workers to have lunch between sessions.
Minimums- will be used in field events
$250 per school for both a boy and girl team. Please pay on or before Mon. Mar. 14
