LOOK AHEAD
For Palmer Ridge and Mountain Vista, trips to the Woodbridge Invitational in California loom on next week's horizon. Things won't get any easier there, though they will get faster.
For many of this meets teams, however, next week represents a down week. A lot of energy has been spent this week, and it's time to get the focus back on training. Broomfield, John Martin, and Rock Canyon will be big draws for many of the teams at St. Vrain that will be going back for big meets again next week.
