WHAT'S AHEAD
It's almost axiomatic that the teams competing in this year's Titan Thunder have league meets up for next week. It's as simple as if you had a league meet this week, you probably weren't attending the Titan Thunder. Meet heavy hitters TCA, Pine Creek, and Widefield all converge on Monument Valley Park on Thursday for the CSML meet.
The meet also featured a nice matchup of top 2A programs in Lyons, Heritage Christian Academy, and Rocky Ford. Lyons and HCA aim at the Mile High League meet next week with fewer 3A, 4A, and 5A places to put between them. Rocky Ford, which has no league meet to call its own, looks at a probable trip to the Eric Wolff Invitational (a sort of league meet in its own right) next weekend.
