If you're looking for a little suspense in your state contest, look no further than 4A boys.
As of this moment, the 4A boys race is shaping up as a very tight contest among perhaps as many as eight or nine teams. And almost all of those teams have some serious star power, but also a wide spectrum of events over which they don't figure--at least for now--to score at state. How well these teams fill in the gaps of missing points will ultimately have a lot to do with which teams end up winning state titles and which teams go home as bridesmaids.
Eventually, I hope to profile all of those teams in this space, but Coronado's turn came up first. Today, we look at Coronado.
