We've seen Pine Creek dominate this region for the last few years, and they may again this year, but it seems like a little less of a foregone conclusion this year than it has been for a while.
Pine Creek is certainly bringing a solid team to the table-like surface of most of the Monument Valley Park trail. The Eagles finished second by a scant point at Liberty Bell and won at Rim Rock. Those two accomplishments make for a nice season all by themselves. Pine Creek knocks you over with Kaleigh Kroeker and Athena Kuehn, then runs you over with the rest of their order. The list of teams that have stood tall against Pine Creek this season is very short.
