Of all the years of Liberty Bell to State relationships we've looked at thus far, the 2011 relationship most closely models the 2014 relationship. Though not identical courses, the difficulty factor of the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds course rivaled that of the NPEC/BCRP course and we see that reflected in the table below. And, we see it in a year where temperature and barometric pressure conditions were pretty decent for State, particularly where temperature was concerned. The correlation between Liberty Bell and State placing is low, and the aberrations are not merely a changing of order, but more of people taking serious drops in placement.
