Two oddities to note about this year's all-state group: 1) It is almost entirely devoid of juniors, and 2) it's a slightly jumps-heavy group of 5A boys this year. Sometimes, things work out that way.
With only one individual (Tevin Donnell) winning multiple state titles this year, the number of at-large berths for 5A boys was trimmed a bit, making for some very difficult decisions.
