A brief cautionary note is in order here before I let you all take this list and run with it. NXR-SW has now run on four different courses at three different venues. The first courses at Kiwanis Park in Tempe (2007-09) were easily the slowest courses, though they were not by any means abjectly slow.
Although the courses from 2010 forward have been at two different venues, both have been on very flat golf courses that should be about as alike as two cross country courses can be laid out.
2013 was the year of the massive rainfall. Although the course was definitely muddy in spots, the times were not as impacted by the mud as we might have expected. Still, they were impacted some.
