Our attention now turns to the Tri Peaks League boys. The Tri Peaks is one of the state's largest leagues, spanning all the way from Buena Vista to Lamar, and checking in schools from Trinidad to Colorado Springs Christian along the way.
Lamar, typically a nicely balanced team with a recent history of exceptional distance and throws, looks to have a corner on the depth market for this coming season.
Although the following should not be construed as a prediction of order of finish of the Tri Valley League girls teams, it should serve as a strong indicator of the kind of strength each of the member schools brings to the table this spring. Rankings are based on returning marks from last spring. No incoming freshmen are included on the list below.
