Okay, so you already figured Lutheran would be out in front on this one. Maybe way out in front. The table below gives you an idea of just how far out in front.
Lutheran's position is simply dominating. It's tough to imagine how they might lose this thing. The good news for 3A? Lutheran is heavily into seniors and it could be a very different story for the Lions next year. For now, though, it's difficult to put a spin on the story that doesn't have Lutheran taking home a shiny gold trophy on May 21st.
To catch Lutheran, Platte Valley will need all of their top athletes to come up huge, plus a couple that you might not think of yet as top athletes. Even then, they'd probably need a couple big breaks to fall their way.
