This time, we discuss 5A Girls. If you're new to this series, on the first page that follows I present of virtual meet team scoring of the top ten teams in the classification. Ensuing pages provide by a team-by-team discussion of those teams I believe to be the top five teams in the classification. These top five teams may or may not correspond to the top five in the virtual meet scoring.
As you recall, Broomfield won 5A girls last fall in a relatively tightly-contested state meet. We may get another tightly-contested state meet this year. The pieces are certainly coming together in a way that it could end up like that.
