Brandon Micale from Pomona did his Panther family proud by winning the disc with a season best 154-02. Elsewhere in throwsville, Gabriella McDonald from Rocky Mountain threw the shot 44-09, a new season best for the win there.
In horizontal jumps, Chance Walker from Rangeview went 22-02.5 to take the long jump. At the other end of the east side, Kiana Jackson from Fountain-Fort Carson won the triple at 36-05.25.
Girls took their turn at vertical jumps on Friday afternoon and saw a nice new season best from Vista Peak's Raina Branch who went 5-6 for the win.
