Colorado's Top Five Cross Country Boys, Fall 2017

Chris Theodore, Senior, Rock Canyon

After a dazzling start to his season last fall, Theodore's trajectory leveled off a little later in the season. Still, lots of folks would love to be where Theodore's season leveled off.

Theodore's biggest wins of the season last year came at Arapahoe and Dave Sanders. He will try to augment that list with a few more key wins this fall. Presumably, Theodore is a year wiser and stronger this fall and thus figures to keep the top finishes going deeper into the season this year than last.

In track season, Theodore posted in-Colorado best times of 9:32.94 in the 3200 and 4:23.56 in the 1600.

And, one intangible with Theodore for this fall is the fact that he figures to be leading one of the top contending teams for the 5A Boys state title. It never hurts to have that kind of cause in your hip pocket.
