It's a good idea for all coaches to be up-to-date on our reading of what the cross country officials are saying about rules within our sport.
I've linked below the August, 2017, newsletter of the Colorado Track and Field (which includes cross country) Officials Association. This should help all coaches to better understand rule changes and interpretations. These newsletters are always worth at least a quick once over.
