Chloe Veilleux won going away last year, but faces a stiff test to repeat this year.

As we've seen with the other classifications we've looked at, most--but not all--of last year's top 20 juniors and under will be back at this year's state meet. The order, though, figures to see some changes from last year. We'll start with the girls this time and then move to the boys.
