Luke Sunberg made a huge jump, running 15:18 to win the EMAC league.

It was a busy week of league meets, so this list spans Monday through Saturday, rather than just the "weekend."

On the boy's side we saw Cole Sprout run his second race within Colorado this season, and it went according to script. Sprout's 15:13 at the JeffCo Championships was the fastest time of the weekend.

And hot on his heels was Dakota Ridge's Austin Vancil, who ran a huge personal best of 15:17. It looks like we'll be having a rematch at State with these two, which should be exciting to watch.

One of the biggest performances out of the weekend came from the EMAC league championships, where Luke Sundberg dropped 28 seconds from his PR to win in 15:18.

The EMAC course proved to be quite quick, as Yonas Mogos also ran a huge PR - 33 seconds in fact, for a 15:26 runner-up finish.
