Battle Mountain's Elliot Pribamsky dropped a staggering 3:36 from 2017 to 2018.
2018 was an big, big year for massive leaps. The numbers say it all...
Among the Top 100 from this year:
Seven improved by over one minute.
Three improved by over two minutes.
*One improved by over three minutes
Elliot Pribramsky's 3:36 jump from 2017 to 2018 is unrivaled within the Top 100 this season. She did nab a Leap of the week nearly a month ago, and as a testament to how big of a leap she made this year, that result remained No. 1.
Pribramsky was barely a sub-22 minute 5ker a year ago -- she capped her season with a 21:59 personal best. The time was the 922nd fastest time run by a Colorado girl during the 2017 season.
This year?
The once owner of a 21:59 best dropped that to 18:23. That's the 40th fastest time run by a Colorado girl this season.
And as impressive as Pribramsky's jump was this season, she wasn't the only one making a massive leap.
