Monika Williams took the USATF Region 10 400H title in 1:03.45.

The "regular" track and field season has been over for nearly two months now, but that clearly hasn't slowed anyone down...
Colorado sent a handful of its best to Arizona for the USATF Region 10 Jr Olympic Championships, and quite a few came home with gold.
Monika Williams, Teagan Zwaanstra, Ayana Brown, Sterling Brassfield, Joel Nyatusah, Pj Robinson, and Jaeden Harrison had big days, as each were event winners.
