Dakota Ridge, Mountain Vista, and Valor Christian all own team averages under 16 minutes as well, with Dakota Ridge owning a 15:55 team average, Mountain Vista at 15:56, and Valor at 15:58.
The girl's side of the list has four nationally ranked squads...
Cherokee Trail tops them all in terms of speed. Their 18:03 team average is seven seconds ahead of Valor Christian, who owns a 18:10 average, and Cherry Creek, who come in No. 3 with a 18:14 average. Arapahoe comes in No. 4 with an 18:39, which is ahead of the defending state champs - Mountain Vista, who have yet to truly run on a fast course at full strength...
