Colorado State Classic

Suddenly, you have to start wondering if this might not be another one of those vintage years for Adams State. Things are going incredibly well for the Grizzlies right now. While the Colorado State Classic is a long way from being the toughest meet Adams State will enter this fall, it was Division I competition and it was a sweep of the top five places (and 9 of the top 11) for the Grizzly men on the four-mile course. Reuben Mwei took individual honors in 19:07.

The Adams State women were only slightly less dominant, beating Colorado State for first by a 26 - 32 margin. Kristen McGlynn led the way once again for Adams State, finishing the 5K course in 18:39.
